Tatyana Mamedova is a well-known Russian designer, a graduate of the Slava Zaitsev Fashion Lab, an author of conceptual pret-a-porte and haute couture collections, and a costume designer for theatre and cinema. She worked as the chief stage director of the Russian Fashion Week in 2002 through 2006 and as the art director of the Moscow Fashion Week 2014. In 2008, Tatyana was nominated for the Nika Award for the costume design in the "Inhabited Island" movie directed by Fyodor Bondarchuk. In 2010, she participated in the Pierre Cardin’s theatre festival in France with her "Symbolism of the Cross" project. She designed costumes for the "Ali Son" one-person show at the exhibition of contemporary art "Without Translation" (2011), and directed numerous presentations, performances, and fashion shows. Tatiana’s style is greatly influenced by constructivist and suprematist artists, as well as her passions for the Eastern philosophy and martial arts.
In 2012, Tatiana established the EMP.OS brand.
